Bush Brothers & Company, or Bush’s Beans, is an American food processing company known for its Bush’s Best canned baked beans and other bean-related products. Acosta Sales and Marketing and their client, Bush’s Beans, leveraged their partnership with the MILB (Minor League Baseball) and partnered with 3 tier logic to launch their regional ‘Head Out To The Ball Game’ gift with purchase program, exclusive to consumers in the United States and participating Harris Teeter, Meijer, Jewel-Osco, Hy-Vee, SpartanNash, and Brookshire Brothers locations.

When consumers purchase either five qualifying Bush’s Best products at participating Harris Teeter locations or $10 worth of qualifying Bush’s Best products from participating Meijer, Jewel-Osco, Hy-Vee, SpartanNash, and Brookshire Brothers locations in a single transaction, they are eligible to receive two tickets to an MLB game.
Through the Purchase Receipt Validation technology on PLATFORM³, customers can validate their purchase by registering and uploading a picture of their receipt to the promotion microsite. Once their purchase has been validated, customers receive their reward after the end of the promotion. Acosta procured the prizes while 3 tier logic fulfilled them.
With 3 tier logic’s marketing software, PLATFORM³, Bush’s was able to collect important data on their consumers’ purchasing behavior. The Data Capture & Analytics module provides valuable insights into users’ microsite activity throughout the promotion. Bush’s is able to use this data to make strategic decisions for future promotions and continue driving sales and customer loyalty.
