Stonyfield Farm is an American organic yogurt manufacturer and dairy company, best known for their organic, probiotic, and Greek yogurt. Some of their other products include milk, cream, yogurt smoothies, and yogurt for children and babies. HMT Associates Inc. and their client, Stonyfield, partnered with 3 tier logic to launch their regional ‘Zookeeper For A Day’ sweepstakes SMS promotion, exclusive to consumers in the Midwestern United States.

Strategy

3 tier logic used PLATFORM³ to create an SMS project for Stonyfield’s ‘Zookeeper For A Day’ sweepstakes promotion, leveraging the following module:

  • SMS Shortcode Phone Number

When consumers send a promotion keyword to a shortcode (no purchase necessary), they are eligible to receive a sweepstakes entry for a chance to win 1 of 8 behind-the-scenes family experiences at participating local zoos. Consumers were to text the promotion keyword ‘STONYFIELD’ to the shortcode 47056 in order to receive an SMS message confirming their sweepstakes entry. At the end of the promotion, 3 tier logic generated a random draw to select the sweepstakes winners and Stonyfield fulfilled the prizes.
