When consumers purchase Z. Alexander Brown wine from participating retailers, they are eligible to receive an MP3 download of an exclusive Zac Brown Band song. Through the Purchase Receipt Validation technology on PLATFORM³, customers can validate their purchase by registering and uploading a picture of their receipt to the promotion microsite. Once their purchase has been validated, consumers receive an email with a unique link to their MP3 download.
With PLATFORM³, Delicato was able to collect meaningful data about their shoppers’ buying behavior. The Data Capture & Analytics module provides important insights into consumers’ activity on the microsite for the promotion duration. Delicato is able to use this data to make well-informed decisions for future promotions to drive sales and customer loyalty.
